Epicnesia is currently operated as an independent software product brand, not as an incorporated company. References to "Epicnesia", "we", "us", or "our" refer to that operation.

Fluxory is currently marked Coming Soon. Product descriptions on the Website, including for Fluxory, are informational.

Pre-release features, package contents, timelines, and availability may change. Nothing on the current Website constitutes a guarantee that a feature will be released, or released on a particular date. Final commercial terms will be provided separately when products become available for purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, Epicnesia brand assets, Website design and content, product names, documentation previews, and other original materials on the Website are owned by, or licensed for use by, Epicnesia and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This section describes ownership and protection under applicable law; it is not a statement that "Epicnesia" or "Fluxory" is a registered trademark.
