1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Epicnesia ("Epicnesia", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with epicnesia.id (the "Website") and related communications, such as emails sent to or received from us.
Epicnesia is currently operated as an independent software product brand. This Policy describes our current, practical data practices as a pre-launch, informational website, and will be updated as our products and services evolve.
2. Information We Collect
As of the effective date of this Policy:
- We do not currently require user accounts on the Website.
- We do not currently operate website forms.
- We do not currently use advertising or behavioral analytics on epicnesia.id.
- We do not intentionally collect payment information through the Website.
If you contact us by email, we may receive information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, message content, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Separately, ordinary infrastructure and security logs (for example, logs generated by hosting, DNS, security, or network service providers) may be processed automatically in order to operate, secure, and protect the Website. We do not currently use this information for analytics or profiling purposes.
3. How We Use Information
Where we do process information, we use it only for practical purposes, such as to:
- respond to inquiries;
- provide requested product or launch information;
- operate, secure, and maintain the Website;
- prevent abuse; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Service Providers
Epicnesia may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers to operate the Website, including for domain and DNS management, hosting, content delivery and security, and email.
Fluxory is currently marked Coming Soon and no product is currently purchasable through epicnesia.id. When commerce becomes available, future purchases and digital-product delivery may be processed by a third-party merchant-of-record or commerce provider. Their own privacy terms will apply to that processing, and we will provide further detail when such functionality is introduced.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided, to meet operational or legal needs, or to address disputes or security requirements. We do not currently apply a fixed retention period across all information, as this depends on the nature of the information and the context in which it was received.
7. International Processing
Epicnesia targets a global audience. As a result, information may be processed by service providers in countries outside your country of residence. Any such processing is subject to those providers' own safeguards and applicable law.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us to ask about information you have provided to us directly, or to request correction or deletion of that information where applicable and legally permitted. We will respond to reasonable requests to the extent required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
Epicnesia's products and Website are intended for developers, businesses, and other professional users. They are not directed to children.

We may update this Policy as Epicnesia's products, Website, and services evolve. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
